Supply of books, school supplies, educational games and toy packs

Summary

The procurement covers 9,000 packs of books and school supplies and 2,200 packs of educational games and toys, personalised with the logo of the department responsible for relations with the Republic of Moldova. The packs must be delivered to destinations in Moldova in the Bălți, Cahul and Chișinău areas within 3–5 days after the delivery-location list is received. The estimated contract value is RON 1,791,720. Price accounts for 60% of the evaluation, delivery time for 30%, and recyclable packaging for 10%; recyclable-material boxes or bags earn the points under the environmental criterion. Tenderers must submit the European Single Procurement Document and prove that they are legally registered and authorised to carry out the relevant activities. Tenders must be submitted electronically.
