Supply of medium- and low-voltage electricity to consumers of KIPKO Command
Summary
The procurement covers the supply of electricity to consumers of KIPKO Command at medium and low voltage. The estimated active electricity consumption over the 12-month contract is 10,427 MWh. The service includes forecasting consumption; preparing, submitting and, where necessary, correcting schedules through the balancing-group coordinator; balancing responsibility; and services related to the buyer’s participation in the liberalised electricity market. The contractor will also administer statutory charges, network service charges and excise duty. Bids are evaluated on the lowest price, defined as the fixed commercial markup offered per MWh, excluding VAT. The markup must not exceed EUR 3.10 excluding VAT. The successful bidder must provide a performance guarantee equal to 3% of the estimated contract value upon signing. No bid guarantee is required. Bids must be submitted electronically and remain valid for six months. If a new contract for the same subject has not been concluded, the contract may continue until the new contract is signed, but for no more than six months.
