Supply of motorised tools and consumables in two lots
Summary
The tender is divided into two lots: motor chainsaws, brush cutters, lawn mowers, motorised sprayers, angle grinders and their consumables, plus a separate lot of consumables for motorised tools already in use. The estimated total value is EUR 455,000: EUR 392,800 for Lot 1 and EUR 62,200 for Lot 2. Bidders may tender for both lots, and both may be awarded to one bidder. Price is the only award criterion. Lot 1 covers forecast quantities of chainsaws (70 + 30 standard saws and 10 pole saws), brush cutters (140), rotary mowers (130), sickle-bar mowers (10), motorised sprayers (10) and angle grinders (10). Consumables include chains (120, 60 and 10), guide bars (60, 30 and 10), 1,900 litres of two-stroke oil, 380 flat files and round files (1,420, 700 and 100). The total quantity of brush-cutter line is 169,000 m: 8,000 m of 2.4 mm line on reels up to 100 m and 39,000 m on reels over 100 m; and 15,000 m and 107,000 m respectively of 3 mm line. The lot also includes 280 trimmer heads, 10 steel blades with three or four cutting edges, and 80 22-tooth steel circular blades. Lot 2 includes chains in various sizes: 50 for pole saws; 16-inch chains—140 with 3/8-inch pitch, 610 with 0.325-inch pitch and 1.6 mm gauge, and 680 with 0.325-inch pitch and 1.5 mm gauge; 18-inch chains—170 with 3/8-inch pitch and 1.5 mm gauge, 50 with 3/8-inch pitch and 1.6 mm gauge, and 970 with 0.325-inch pitch and 1.5 mm gauge. Trimmer heads are STIHL AutoCut C 6-2 (10), T35 M10 (160), T45X M12 (700) and STIHL AutoCut 46-2 (30). Brush-cutter circular blades are 200–22/20 mm (100) and 200–22/1 inch (220); three-tooth grass blades with a 300 mm diameter have a 20 mm bore (30) or a 1-inch bore (160). Guide-bar quantities are 30 for pole saws; for 16-inch saws, 70 with 3/8-inch pitch and 1.6 mm gauge, 350 with 0.325-inch pitch and 1.6 mm gauge, and 420 with 0.325-inch pitch and 1.5 mm gauge; for 18-inch saws, 110 with 3/8-inch pitch and 1.5 mm gauge, 560 with 0.325-inch pitch and 1.5 mm gauge, and 10 with 3/8-inch pitch and 1.6 mm gauge. Each lot has a 24-month contract term. Deliveries are made against orders to the buyer’s central warehouse in Sofia; each order must be delivered within 50 calendar days for Lot 1 and 30 calendar days for Lot 2. Quantities are estimates, and the buyer is not required to purchase the full forecast amounts. Lot 1 tools must have a warranty of at least 24 months, and consumables must have a warranty liability period of at least 3 months; the same minimum 3-month period applies to Lot 2 consumables. No tender guarantee is required. Upon contract signature, the successful bidder must provide a performance guarantee equal to 7% of the relevant lot’s contract value excluding VAT. It may be provided as a cash deposit, a bank guarantee or unconditional and irrevocable insurance covering the contractor’s performance liability.
