Maintenance and repair of forestry and agricultural machinery

Summary

The contract covers 12 months of maintenance for tractors and other agricultural and forestry machinery, including attachments, owned by the Tvarditsa State Forestry unit. The work includes supplying and fitting spare parts and consumables for forestry equipment, post-warranty servicing in accordance with the manufacturer’s instructions, repairs, preventive maintenance, diagnostics, and bodywork and painting. The estimated contract value is EUR 6,600. The bidder must have at least two technically qualified and experienced staff members and a service facility in Tvarditsa Municipality and/or Sliven Municipality. Offers are evaluated on the best price-quality ratio: the total price of spare parts and consumables is worth up to 50 points, the discount on unlisted parts and consumables up to 25 points, and the hourly labour rate up to 25 points.
