Metal and composite gas cabinets and spare parts for composite cabinets

Summary

Distrigaz Sud Retele is procuring gas pressure-regulating and pressure-regulating/metering cabinets, together with spare parts for composite cabinets, in three lots. Lot 1 covers equipped metal cabinets; Lot 2 covers equipped and unequipped composite cabinets and special cabinets for underground installation; Lot 3 covers spare parts for composite cabinets. Technical characteristics and quantities are set out in the tender documents. Framework agreements will initially run for 12 months, with up to two suppliers appointed per lot. The contracting entity may extend the agreements and increase quantities for up to 48 months; actual purchases will depend on its needs. The estimated total value of the framework agreements, including possible extensions and additional quantities, is up to EUR 50,860,368.57 excluding VAT. Bids must be submitted electronically by 13 November 2026 at 15:00. Bidders must demonstrate appropriate registration, average turnover for 2023–2025 and experience supplying similar products during the preceding three years. An ISO 9001 or equivalent quality management system is also required; the company designing and executing gas installations inside equipped cabinets must hold the relevant valid Romanian ANRE authorisations. A tender security must accompany the bid: EUR 15,000 for Lot 1, EUR 45,000 for Lot 2 and EUR 450 for Lot 3, valid for four months. The performance security is 5% of the price of each call-off contract. Price is worth 70 points, cabinet warranty up to 25 points, and an EcoVadis or equivalent sustainability assessment up to 5 points. The minimum acceptable warranty is 36 months; no additional points are awarded for a warranty exceeding 60 months.
