Medical supplies and reagents for sterilisation

Summary

The contracting authority is procuring medical supplies and reagents for sterilisation in 20 lots under a 36-month framework agreement. The products include sterilisation wrapping paper, flat steam-sterilisation rolls with indicators, thermal paper rolls, indicator tape and strips, Bowie-Dick and Helix tests, biological indicators, and sterilisation labels. The framework agreement has a total maximum value of RON 1,930,680, with a separate ceiling for each lot; one supplier may be selected for each lot. Bids may be submitted for up to 20 lots. To participate, bidders must complete the European Single Procurement Document and meet requirements concerning business registration, previous supplies of similar products, ANMDMR authorisation, and the ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 14001:2015 standards. Supply activities may not be subcontracted.
