Framework agreement for plastic collection sacks

Summary

Dansk Retursystem A/S is seeking a framework agreement for plastic collection sacks from 1 January 2027 to 31 December 2030. The supply covers large sacks for beverage packaging made of PET and aluminium, and small sacks for glass bottles. The estimated total quantity is 4,400,000 sacks, with a maximum of 5,600,000. The estimated annual quantities are 800,000 large sacks and 300,000 small sacks; the respective annual maximums are 1,000,000 and 400,000. For the first year, an order of 800,000 large sacks and 300,000 small sacks is guaranteed. Each sack must have a unique identifier comprising a QR code, a variable sack number and check digits to enable scanning and identification. Delivery is to Bundgårdsvej 6, Fredericia, Denmark. The tenderer must have annual turnover of at least EUR 1,000,000 in each of the last two completed financial years and positive equity in both years. It must also provide at least two references from the last three years for comparable plastic sack deliveries, including delivery details, dates and customer contact information. Tenders must be submitted electronically. Price is the only award criterion; prices must be stated in EUR per sack, excluding VAT, and include all costs, including production, assembly, customs duties and delivery. The tender must remain valid for three months after the submission deadline.
