Maintenance, diagnostics and repair services for FRESIA snow blowers, including spare parts

Summary

The contract covers maintenance, fault identification and diagnosis, adjustments and repairs for FRESIA snow-blower-type vehicles, together with the supply of spare parts and operating materials. Services will normally be performed at the contractor’s workshop within the area served by the Bucharest Regional Roads and Bridges Directorate. In exceptional cases requiring special equipment, work may be carried out at the contracting authority’s local units. From 20 October to 15 March, the contractor must provide technical assistance and repair support around the clock, maintain mobile repair capability for field work, procure the necessary parts and materials, carry out requested repairs, and perform functional tests in the presence of the vehicle driver and a representative of the contracting authority. The estimated contract value is RON 3,998,559.60 excluding VAT, including a RON 1,142,445.60 reserve for additional spare parts and related labour. The contract is for 12 months. Price accounts for 90% of the evaluation score and the labour warranty period for 10%. The labour warranty must be at least 6 months; no additional points are awarded for a warranty longer than 12 months. The submission deadline is 2 November 2026 at 15:00. The bidder must demonstrate proper registration and hold the required vehicle-repair authorisation for a service location in the Bucharest area.
