Plastic teeth for removable dentures

Summary

The tender is for 750 sets of plastic teeth for removable dentures. Each set must contain 28 teeth in a range of shapes and shades; the shades must follow the VITA shade guide, and the teeth must have at least two layers and increased hardness. If an expiry date applies to the product, at least one year of shelf life must remain on delivery. The budget ceiling is EUR 6,000 excluding VAT, and price is the sole award criterion. The procurement is not divided into lots, and alternative bids are prohibited. Bidders must submit an electronically signed bid, a completed European Single Procurement Document, and the completed technical specification describing the offered product. The bid must cover all 750 sets and remain valid for at least three months after the submission deadline. Bids must be submitted through CVP IS. Supplier qualifications are not assessed separately, but the supplier undertakes that the contract will be performed only by persons legally entitled to carry out the relevant activities. The supplier must confirm that no exclusion grounds apply and provide the required declarations, including declarations concerning Russia-related restrictions and international sanctions. The goods must be delivered no later than one month after the contract enters into force to the LSMU dental clinic at Sukilėlių pr. 51, Kaunas. The delivery time must be agreed in advance with the buyer and fall outside peak traffic hours: 14:30–16:00 Monday to Thursday, and 13:00–14:00 on Fridays and the days before public holidays. The supplier must use the shortest practicable route and submit invoices and other contract documents electronically. Delivery is due within two months, and the contract may remain in force for no more than three months from its entry into force.
