Diagnostic analyses, methodology and reports for Bulgarian SMEs

Summary

The contract covers in-depth diagnostic analyses of 100 Bulgarian small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs), development of an analytical methodology and toolkit, and preparation of 100 individual reports and one consolidated report. Each individual report should be approximately 20–25 pages. The work is part of the RESCALE cross-border cooperation project, the planned contract duration is 24 months, and the estimated value is EUR 324,166.67. Bidders must have at least EUR 648,333 in relevant turnover during the last three completed financial years, have completed at least one qualifying similar service within the last three years, and provide a five-person team meeting the stated expert requirements. An ISO 9001:2015 certificate, or equivalent quality-management evidence covering the preparation of analyses or development of assessment and analysis tools, is required. Tenders will be evaluated on the basis of the optimal quality-price ratio: quality accounts for 60% and price for 40%.
