Supply of drinking-water meters and remote-reading communication modules

Summary

The contract covers the supply of single-jet, multi-jet, Woltman and ultrasonic drinking-water meters, together with communication modules for remote reading. It also includes a data-transmission licence and integration for remote meter reading. The estimated total value is EUR 883,512.58 excluding VAT, and the contract runs for 24 months. Deliveries will be made in response to the buyer’s written orders and delivered to its central warehouse in Dobrich. By mutual agreement, the contract may be extended until a new contract is concluded, for no more than six months. Price is the only award criterion: the sum of the unit prices for all products and services will be compared. Bids must be submitted electronically by 2 November 2026. The successful bidder must provide a performance guarantee equal to 5% of the contract value excluding VAT.
