Supply of Large Collection Bins, Lids and Feet

Summary

The procurement covers the supply of stackable large collection bins for deposited beverage packaging, lids and separate feet. The contract runs from 1 January 2027 to 31 December 2030. The contracting authority guarantees orders for 20,000 bins and 60,000 lids; the initial order is for 5,000 bins and 15,000 lids, with deliveries beginning in March or April 2027. The authority may also order up to 10,000 additional bins and 10,000 additional lids, as well as up to 50,000 separate feet, but these optional quantities are not guaranteed. Deliveries will be made in batches to one of three addresses listed in the notice in Denmark. Price is the sole award criterion, and unit prices must be in euros and include all costs, including delivery. The tenderer must have annual turnover of at least EUR 1,500,000 in each of the last two completed financial years and positive equity in both years. The tenderer must also provide at least three references from the last three years for comparable deliveries, each describing the delivery and its comparability, its timing and the customer's contact details. The tender must be submitted electronically by 10 November 2026 at 11:00 and remain valid for three months after the submission deadline. A price list must be included. The intended awardee may be asked to provide evidence supporting the information in its ESPD.
