Security services for buildings and properties using technical security systems

Summary

The procurement seeks security services, divided into six regional lots, for buildings and properties managed by Bulgaria’s Road Infrastructure Agency. The work includes protecting property, checking existing security systems, installing or making alarm systems and panic buttons available, providing system-based security outside working hours, maintaining the systems, and responding by mobile patrol within 5 minutes in populated areas and within 15 minutes outside them. The contract may run for up to 36 months, and the list of protected sites may change during the contract. Tenderers may bid for all lots. Price is the sole award criterion. The submission deadline is 5 November 2026 at 23:59. Before signing the contract, the successful tenderer must provide a performance guarantee equal to 5% of the estimated value of the relevant lot, excluding VAT.
