POCT systems for blood glucose measurement for OÖG and KUK

Summary

The procurement is for POCT systems to measure human blood glucose at facilities of Oberösterreichische Gesundheitsholding and Kepler University Hospital. The offer must cover hospital-grade glucose meters, test strips, software for central data management, and internal quality controls. The system must carry the CE mark and comply with the IVDR. The expected volume is approximately 486,000 measurements per year, with testing carried out around the clock, every day of the year. The bidder’s price must relate only to the test strips; the devices, software, and quality controls must be supplied and maintained at no additional cost to the contracting authority. The same manufacturer and model of system must be offered at every location. Implementation at all specified locations, including Kepler University Hospital, must be completed by 31 December 2027; any additional device or system required must also be included in the offer. Participation by Landespflege- und Betreuungszentren GmbH is optional. Offers will be evaluated on price (60%), technical quality (35%), and sustainability (5%).
