Supply of Electrophysiology Medical Consumables

Summary

The procurement covers the supply of electrophysiology medical consumables in eight lots: ablation catheters for pulsed-field and radiofrequency ablation, impedance patch kits, catheter irrigation tubing, connection cables and a deflectable catheter sheath. The catheters include an irrigated catheter with nine mini-electrodes and an expandable nitinol-mesh catheter with twelve mini-electrodes. Each lot description indicates a framework quantity of at least 10 and up to 300 units, with each subsequent contract covering at least 1 and up to 10 units. The framework agreement will run for 24 months and has an estimated total value of RON 21,915,000; it will be concluded with up to three suppliers. Price is the sole award criterion. Bids must be submitted electronically by 2 November 2026 at 15:00. The participation guarantee for each lot is 1% of the estimated value, excluding VAT, of the largest subsequent contract.
