Support services for the Television News Service’s Dell equipment and software

The procurement covers support services for the Dell PowerEdge servers, PowerScale storage systems, PowerSwitch networking equipment and associated software used by the Television News Service of Lithuanian National Radio and Television. The equipment is located in Vilnius and supports the operation of the production asset management system. Support must be available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. The initial service period is 12 months from contract signature, with an option to extend once for up to a further 12 months. The required service is Dell ProSupport or an equivalent; equivalence must be substantiated with evidence.
