Maintenance, upgrades and user support for the central document exchange system

Summary

The tender concerns maintenance, optimization, upgrades and user support for Greece’s central public-sector electronic document exchange system. The three phases cover maintenance of the system’s subsystems, cryptographic devices and software licences; management of digital certificates; preventive maintenance and monitoring; system improvements; and user support.
