Software support services

Summary

The tender concerns technical support and maintenance services for software, to be provided at the contracting authority’s premises. A 24-month framework agreement will be awarded to up to three providers, with a stated maximum value of RON 912,000. The notice gives a framework quantity of at least 2 and up to 24, and a quantity of at least 1 and up to 3 for the largest individual contract. Bids must be submitted electronically by 5 November 2026 at 15:00. Price is the sole award criterion, based on the total bid price. The bidder and its partners or subcontractors must be entitled to provide technical support and maintenance for the software concerned; legal registration and submission of the European Single Procurement Document are also required.
