Remediation services for the former petroleum products storage site in Radviliškis

The procurement covers remediation services at the former petroleum products storage site at 144 Dariaus and Girėno Street, Radviliškis. The work includes geodetic surveys; excavation and temporary placement beside the excavation of clean soil; excavation and transport of petroleum-contaminated soil for waste treatment; delivery of clean sandy or gravelly soil and topsoil; and filling excavations, levelling the ground and sowing grass. The offer form gives estimated quantities of 2 geodetic surveys, 740.2 m³ of clean soil, 765 m³ of contaminated soil, 765 m³ of sandy or gravelly soil, 41 m³ of topsoil, and one set of filling, levelling and grass-seeding services. The procurement is not divided into lots, and bids must cover the full scope. The services must be completed within seven months; the contract generally runs for eight months. The maximum available budget is EUR 660,000 including VAT, but services will be ordered as needed and the full estimated quantity is not guaranteed. Fixed unit rates apply, and price is the sole award criterion. The provider must be registered in the State Register of Waste Managers and hold the pollution permit or integrated permit and hazardous-waste management licence required to handle the contaminated soil. The offer must include a completed European Single Procurement Document and a national security compliance declaration, be electronically signed, and remain valid for at least 120 days. Offer validity is secured by a penalty equal to 2% of the offer price excluding VAT.
