Framework agreement for the supply of antiseptics and disinfectants

Summary

The procurement is for a 36-month framework agreement to supply antiseptics and disinfectants to the Bistrita County Emergency Clinical Hospital. It is divided into five lots: hand antiseptics, instrument-processing products, surface disinfectants, air-disinfection products, and antibacterial adhesive mats. The total framework value is up to RON 9,359,748 excluding VAT; the estimated values of the lots are RON 2,736,000, RON 1,968,300, RON 3,858,048, RON 572,400 and RON 225,000 respectively. One framework partner will be selected for each lot, and price is the only award criterion. If the lowest prices are tied, the bidders concerned will be asked to submit revised financial tenders. For each lot bid for, the tenderer must submit a technical and a financial tender and samples of every offered product by the tender submission deadline. Tenders must be submitted electronically with the required qualified electronic signature. The deadline is 3 November 2026 at 15:00. Tenderers should also be prepared to demonstrate the permits required to market the relevant product types, experience in similar supplies during the previous three years, and an ISO 9001 or equivalent quality-management system. The contract performance guarantee is 5% of the contract value excluding VAT; no tender guarantee is required.
