Supply of Red Hat software use licences and support

Summary

The procurement is for five Red Hat OpenShift Container Platform (Bare Metal Node), Standard (1–2 Sockets) use licences and software support for the National Social Security Institute. The licences must remain valid until 15 November 2029 and be provided within 10 working days after the contracting authority gives notice that funding is secured and the performance guarantee has been submitted. The contract is conditional because funding has not yet been secured. The bidder must prove authorisation from the manufacturer or its official representative to distribute or supply the products in Bulgaria. A technical offer and a price offer are required, and the total price must not exceed EUR 292,380. Price is the sole award criterion. The successful bidder must provide a performance guarantee equal to 1% of the contract price excluding VAT.
