Park and green-area maintenance services in Sibiu for three years

Summary

The procurement covers services needed to maintain parks, green areas, squares and street verges in Sibiu over three years, principally mowing grass and weeds with trimmers. It is divided into two lots; bidders may tender for both and may be awarded both. A framework agreement will be concluded with up to three contractors without reopening competition. Actual service volumes will be determined through orders, and the quantities stated in the notice are estimates rather than commitments. Price carries 70 points; additional points are available for evidence of previous performance, the number of battery-powered mowing tools and a compliant mowing robot.
