Medical Equipment for Pasvalys Hospital

Summary

Medical equipment is being procured for Pasvalys Hospital in seven lots: a spirometer; two monopolar-bipolar electrocautery devices; a combined exercise and resting ECG analysis system; a video gastroscope; a video colonoscope; a 12-channel ECG recorder; and a blood-component and fluid warming device. Bids may cover one or more lots. Each lot is evaluated separately, and price is the only award criterion. The VAT-inclusive price must not exceed, respectively, EUR 2,765; EUR 1,990; EUR 114,557.96; EUR 23,865.31; EUR 26,535.58; EUR 4,114; or EUR 8,639.40. The supplier must deliver the equipment, required documentation and specified accessories to Pasvalys Hospital within three months of the contract taking effect. The goods must meet the detailed technical requirements for each lot, which include CE conformity evidence and item-specific warranty periods. This is a green procurement: manufacturing or supplying the products must use fewer natural resources and/or include reused or recycled materials. No minimum bidder qualification criteria or quality- or environmental-management system certificate is required. The bid must include a completed and signed offer form stating the exact technical specifications of the proposed goods and references to supporting manufacturer documents, the European Single Procurement Document, and the required declaration concerning restrictions related to Russia. Where a bidding group or other entities and subcontractors are involved, the relevant agreements, consents and evidence must also be provided. Bids must be submitted in Lithuanian or English and remain valid for at least 90 days.
