Surgical medical devices – five lots

Summary

The procurement is divided into five lots for surgical medical devices: circular surgical staplers; linear staplers and reloads; laparoscopic staplers and reloads; surgical meshes and mesh-fixation devices; and titanium ligation clips. Prof. Dr. Dimitrie Gerota Emergency Hospital intends to conclude a 36-month framework agreement with up to three suppliers for the products. The quantities for each lot, including the minimum and maximum quantities under the framework agreement and subsequent contracts, are set out in an annex to the tender documents. The estimated values of the lots are RON 1,627,200; RON 869,400; RON 1,396,800; RON 1,201,500; and RON 1,072,063.80, respectively; the estimated maximum value of the procurement overall is RON 6,166,963.80. Price is the sole award criterion, based on the total price offered for each lot. Bids must be submitted electronically by 3 November 2026 at 15:00. No tender guarantee is required. Tenderers must complete the European Single Procurement Document and provide an EC declaration of conformity, an EC certificate issued by a notified body where applicable, and a marketing authorisation. Bids may also be submitted by an association of tenderers.
