Roadside maintenance and vegetation clearance services for county roads, Lots I–VI

Summary

The procurement covers roadside maintenance on six lots in Caraș-Severin County: mowing grass, manually or mechanically cutting bushes, shoots and young trees under 10 cm in diameter, cutting trees up to 4 m high, mowing road verges, and cleaning and clearing roadside ditches. The works are on roads DJ 581, DJ 582, DJ 571K, DJ 571C, DJ 683 and DJ 608. The estimated values excluding VAT are RON 385,460, 536,970, 34,120, 133,380, 170,600 and 176,460 for Lots I to VI respectively, for a total of RON 1,436,990. Bids may cover up to all six lots, and awards may be made for all six. The bid deadline is 30 October 2026 at 15:00. Price accounts for 90% of the evaluation score and execution time for 10%. Bidders must demonstrate lawful registration and professional capacity. The bid must include a beneficial-owner declaration and, where applicable, a binding third-party support commitment and a subcontracting or consortium agreement. The proposed execution period must be stated in a declaration; the evaluation bands vary by lot. Bidders must declare that no exclusion grounds apply, and the highest-ranked bidder must provide supporting evidence when requested. Bids are submitted electronically, and no bid guarantee is required.
