Supply of Antibodies for the USMOT Project

Summary

The tender seeks three lots of antibodies for the Medical University of Varna's USMOT 2024 project: antibodies for neuroglial and synaptic activity (23 packs, estimated at EUR 8,737.30); antibodies for myelin production and astrocytic reactivity (17 packs, EUR 8,883.43); and antibodies for glial progenitor activity (6 packs, EUR 3,714.90). The estimated total value is EUR 21,335.63. The contract runs for 12 months, and each requested delivery must be made within 60 calendar days of the written order. Products must be transported and stored in line with the manufacturer's instructions, in intact original packaging and labelled with their origin. Where applicable, deliveries must include an analysis certificate and a safety data sheet in Bulgarian. At delivery, at least 80% of the manufacturer's stated shelf life must remain. Tenders are evaluated on the lowest-price basis. Bids must be submitted in Bulgarian and must not exceed the estimated value of the relevant lot. No selection criteria or tender guarantee are specified; the successful bidder must provide a performance guarantee of 5% of the relevant lot's contract value when signing the contract.
