Security and management of Střelecký Island and management of Kampa playground

Summary

The tender covers round-the-clock security and management of the publicly accessible northern and central parts of Střelecký Island, as well as management of the playground in Kampa Park in Prague. The service is to run for 36 months from 1 February 2027, with an estimated value of CZK 7,000,000. The contractor must provide physical security on Střelecký Island 24 hours a day, seven days a week, oversee visitor safety and compliance with site rules, manage public-area furnishings and technical equipment, monitor the lift and coordinate with event organisers. A guard accompanied by a service dog must cover the night shift. At the Kampa playground, the contractor must open and close the site, check safety and play equipment, clear ordinary litter, maintain the sand and clear the access path in winter. The required minimum staffing is one security manager, one day-shift worker and one night-shift guard with a service dog. Bids must be submitted electronically; no bid guarantee is required. Evaluation gives 65% weight to the total price for 36 months excluding VAT and 35% to the relevant experience, beyond the minimum, of staff directly delivering the service. The bid deadline is 4 November 2026 at 10:00. During contract performance, the contractor must comply with employment, labour and occupational health and safety requirements for all personnel, including subcontractors, and must meet its financial obligations to subcontractors properly and on time.
