Maintenance, repair and spare-parts supply for Renault Trucks

Summary

The procurement covers diagnostics, scheduled and emergency repairs, maintenance in accordance with the manufacturer’s service plan, and the supply of spare parts and consumables for seven Renault Trucks. Parts supplied must be new, unused, not refurbished, compatible with the vehicle’s original equipment and covered by the relevant manufacturer’s warranty. Services will be performed at waste-treatment facilities in the Sofia area. The contract will run for 12 months. Services may be extended for up to a further 12 months on the same terms if funds remain available within the estimated value. The estimated contract value is EUR 76,693.78. Price is the sole award criterion. The evaluation adds together five price components: maintenance consumables and services, principal spare parts, the hourly labour rate, mobile-service transport, and the per-kilometre charge for transporting broken-down vehicles. The bidder must have completed similar work involving the servicing or repair of heavy-duty vehicles and the supply of spare parts or consumables during the preceding three years, and must have at least one vehicle suitable for mobile servicing. The bid must be submitted electronically, and the bidder must declare that no exclusion grounds apply in the European Single Procurement Document. No bid guarantee is required; the successful bidder must provide a performance guarantee of 3% of the estimated contract value.
