Operation and maintenance of road and sports lighting

Summary

Odsherred Municipality is seeking operation, maintenance and repair services for 6,668 road and sports lighting units, located mainly on public roads, paths and car parks, as well as private shared roads and paths. The contract also covers lighting at sports grounds, including football pitches and other sports facilities. It may include additional lighting units taken over by the municipality during the contract. The planned term is 1 April 2027 to 31 March 2031, with two possible 12-month extensions by mutual agreement. The estimated total contract value is DKK 13.8 million. The tender is evaluated on price (70%), sustainability (15%), and fault handling and sustainable service logistics (15%). Bidders must meet the turnover, solvency, experience and environmental management requirements and submit an ESPD with their tender. The contract also requires the use of persons in training, and the successful bidder must provide security when the contract is signed.
