Insurance services for property and other insurable interests

Summary

The procurement covers four lots for insurance of the assets and other insurable interests of the executive authority responsible for road administration. Lot 1 covers motor third-party liability insurance for the authority’s vehicles, accident insurance for people in the vehicles, and electronic equipment insurance. Lot 2 covers occupational accident insurance for employees and general liability insurance for examination committee chairs. Lot 3 covers fire, natural disaster and other property damage insurance. Lot 4 covers comprehensive motor insurance for the authority’s vehicles. The planned contract term is 12 months; the estimated values are EUR 31,188.80, EUR 7,669.38, EUR 4,601.63 and EUR 63,910.19 respectively. Tenders will be evaluated on the basis of the best price-quality ratio, taking into account, depending on the lot, premiums, insured sums, liability limits and additional benefits. Tenders must be submitted electronically by 23:59 on 2 November 2026. The successful tenderer must provide a performance guarantee of 5% of the contract value excluding VAT before the contract is signed.
