Compensators are being procured for the Maritsa East 2 thermal power plant in accordance with the specifications, drawings, diagrams and technical requirements in the tender documents. The estimated value is EUR 56,600. Delivery must be made to the buyer’s site on DDP terms. The contract will run for up to nine months or until its maximum value is reached, whichever occurs first. The offer must cover the entire quantity and the technical proposal must state the manufacturer and country of origin of the products. Price is the only award criterion. Delivery must include a declaration of conformity or quality certificate and a handover and acceptance report in three copies. The warranty must be at least 12 months, and the offer must remain valid for five months. To qualify, the bidder must have completed at least one similar supply contract during the previous three years; supplies of industrial or energy-sector spare parts and equipment are considered similar.
