Supply of cleaning and washing products

Summary

The procurement covers 27 types of cleaning and washing products under Lot 1, including laundry detergent, heavy-duty hand cleaner, dishwashing detergent, degreasers, bus-interior cleaner, glass cleaner, car polish and limescale remover. The delivery period is one year and the estimated value is EUR 106,400 excluding VAT. Goods must be delivered to the contracting authority’s bus depots and head office in Sofia. Tenders are evaluated on the lowest-price basis, calculated by adding the unit-price values for the quantities specified in the technical specification. This is a reserved procurement for specified social enterprises, and bidders must meet the ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 14001:2015 certification requirements or provide equivalent certifications. No tender guarantee is required, but the performance guarantee is normally 5% of the contract value excluding VAT, or 2% for an eligible specialised enterprise or cooperative for people with disabilities.
