Cleaning of spaces at the Faculty of Medicine (LF/UPOL)

Summary

The LF/UPOL Faculty of Medicine interior cleaning tender covers interior cleaning of the Theoretical Institutes buildings and the new Red Building, including window washing. The award will be based on three criteria: price (70 points), quality (20 points) and consumables price (10 points). The price will be evaluated for the 48-month period; the minimum hourly wage for cleaning staff must exceed 134.40 CZK; the maximum incentive up to 178.00 CZK. Bidders must provide qualification and compliance proofs and adhere to social and environmental requirements (legal employment, proper working conditions, eco-friendly cleaning products).
