Summary

The tender concerns the supply of dairy products, poultry meat and poultry meat products under a framework agreement for the DGASPC Brașov Centers. The awarding criteria are price (40 points) and quality (60 points). Price is scored using a proportional formula relative to the lowest offered price; evaluation will also consider the quality of the supplier’s proposed delivery chain. Bidders must complete the European DUAE to demonstrate technical and professional capacity, and provide evidence of compliance with environmental, social and labor-law requirements. Additional declarations regarding environment, social and labor-law obligations must be provided where requested. The contracting authority may request further information from the bidder ranked first in the intermediate ranking.
