Vehicle maintenance and repair services for the Pylaia–Chortiatis Municipality – Lots A and B

Summary

The tender concerns a three-year vehicle maintenance and repair service contract for the Pylaia–Chortiatis Municipality, divided into two lots. Lot A, estimated at EUR 570,000 excluding VAT, covers the maintenance and repair of buses, trucks, vans, passenger vehicles and similar vehicles. Lot B, estimated at EUR 250,000 excluding VAT, covers the maintenance and repair of construction machinery, sweepers and agricultural machinery. The total estimated value is EUR 820,000 excluding VAT, or EUR 1,016,800 including 24% VAT. Bidders may submit an offer for both lots or for only one lot, but an offer for a lot must cover all items in that lot. A bidder may be awarded a maximum of two lots. Before submitting an offer, economic operators must visit the municipality’s vehicle depot at Apollonos 45–47, Pylaia, by arrangement with the Vehicle Management Department, in order to inspect the fleet and its condition. The services will be ordered progressively according to the municipality’s actual needs and available funds; the municipality is not required to use the entire estimated quantity or contract value. The contract may be extended by up to 10 months if funds remain available. The award criterion is price for the total budget of each lot. A tender guarantee is required in the amount of EUR 11,400 for Lot A, EUR 5,000 for Lot B, or EUR 16,400 for both lots. The successful contractor must provide a 4% performance guarantee, amounting to EUR 22,800 for Lot A or EUR 10,000 for Lot B. Offers must be submitted electronically by 30 October 2026 at 15:00. The service period is at least three years, and payment is made at 100% of the relevant contractual value after the final acceptance of each partial delivery and submission of the required lawful documents.
