Jesenec Senior Home – Construction of a New Building

Summary

The tender concerns the preparation of project documentation for a new building for the Jesenec Senior Home. The contract includes a BIM-based design process, BIM protocol and information management using an IMS, ensuring accessibility, safety, hygiene and energy efficiency. The project covers demolition of existing structures on the site, site development and external works including landscaping and connections to transport and technical infrastructure. In addition, three investment and operating cost scenarios will be prepared over a 10-year period. The new building will house 70 residents.
