Provision of guarding services

Summary

The contract covers year-round, 24-hour guarding services for the building complex and surrounding area at 85–87 L. Riankour Street, Athens, where the General Commission of State for the Ordinary Administrative Courts and the Athens Administrative Courts are located. The estimated contract value is EUR 252,000 and the planned duration is 12 months, with a possible extension indicated in the notice. Price is the only award criterion. Bidders must meet professional, financial, insurance, experience, staffing, equipment and ISO certification requirements, including an average related annual turnover of at least EUR 200,000 in 2023–2025, no after-tax losses in any of those years, civil liability insurance of at least EUR 500,000 and at least two relevant building-guarding contracts performed during the last three years.
