Expansion and modernization of the snow measurement station network for forecasting and warning service

Summary

Expansion and modernization of the snow measurement station network for forecasting and warning service. The contract covers the supply and installation or replacement of sensors, telemetry units and related accessories for existing snow measurement stations. The work is divided into three parts: Part 1 – expansion/upgrade of 16 snow measurement stations; Part 2 – addition of 2 stations in the Jizerské hory area; Part 3 – expansion of the network by 2 snow measurement stations. The project is 100% EU-funded under the Environmental Operational Program through the project "Modernization of forecast systems ČHMÚ II" (project code CZ.05.01.03/05/25_088/0006343). The estimated total contract amount for all parts is about CZK 3,191,774.195.
