The tender concerns the supply and installation of scientific and laboratory equipment for the Mechanical Engineering Department of Aristotle University. It is divided into 13 lots, including a large-format metal construction 3D printer, an Internet of Things system for supply-chain monitoring, digital-twin equipment, a digital laser scanning confocal microscope, a digital image correlation system, a six-degree-of-freedom simulation platform, a supercomputing cluster, a portable greenhouse-gas and particle measuring instrument, energy-system optimisation software, low-cost indoor and outdoor air-quality monitoring instruments, a portable FTIR exhaust-gas analysis system, and software for production-process simulation and data analysis. Tenders may be submitted for one or more lots or for all lots, but a tender for a lot must cover all goods in that lot. The total estimated value is EUR 792,398.34 excluding VAT and EUR 982,573.94 including 24% VAT; the planned contract duration is 8 months. The bidder must meet the activity and registration requirements, demonstrate relevant turnover and bank-confirmed creditworthiness for 2023–2025 of at least 50% of the VAT-exclusive budget of the lots included in its tender, provide staff capable of delivering user training, and submit a list of its main deliveries from 2023–2025. ISO 9001:2015 or an equivalent quality certificate is required. Tenders must be submitted electronically by 16 November 2026 at 23:59:59. Tenders will be assessed using the best price-quality ratio: technical specifications account for 70%, the warranty period for 15%, and after-sales technical support and spare-parts availability for 15%.
