Monceau sur Sambre – Extension and Renovation of a Depot for Historical Rolling Stock

Summary

The contract concerns the extension of the existing CHW building in Monceau-sur-Sambre, a workshop for restoring historical rolling stock, and the renovation of part of the existing building. The procurement includes: an extension of the storage depot by about 4500 m² on the north side and about 3000 m² on the south side, plus a box-in-box volume for storage of four royal carriages; ensuring climatic conditions (temperature and relative humidity) and installation of air conditioning without fossil fuels; renewal of the existing building's air conditioning system without fossil fuels; energy efficiency improvements of offices; and the works include major construction, finishing, electrical, HVAC, IT, and surrounding roads around the site.
