Winter stadium - small hall

Summary

The tender concerns the construction of a small hall at Olomouc's winter stadium, intended to complement the existing large winter stadium. The works include a column-and-beam structural system, supporting columns, girders and roof trusses, with a panel façade and cladding; the roof has hydro and thermal insulation and a 22 kW PV system. The building has a floor area of 3,946.5 m2 and a volume of 54,302 m3; ridge height is 12.41 m. Ice-cooling uses a cooled reinforced concrete slab; the foundation is deep (piles). The project also includes 63 parking spaces and a promenade. Before construction starts, the cooling channel for the adjacent winter stadium must be relocated; this will be tendered separately. The estimated total contract amount is 324,224,290 CZK. The tender has a 150-day validity period for bids; a bid guarantee of 3,000,000 CZK is required.
