Senior housing complex Velké Bílovice – houses and apartment building on Čejkovská Street

Summary

The tender concerns construction works for Velké Bílovice senior housing complex. The scope covers second-phase construction and architectural works: a gallery-type apartment building and five terraced houses with two housing units and five terraced houses with one housing unit; additionally, the project includes development of the site’s technical infrastructure, roads and a blue-green inner courtyard, and connections to the existing infrastructure. The first phase has already been completed, including the seniors home.
