Summary

The tender covers the supply and installation of scientific equipment for the Inorganic Chemistry Laboratory of the Department of Chemistry at Aristotle University, divided into two lots: a powder X-ray diffractometer with an estimated value of EUR 152,000 and a luminescence spectrometer with an estimated value of EUR 360,400, both exclusive of VAT. The total estimated value of both lots is EUR 512,400 excluding VAT, and the contract period is generally 8 months. Tenders may be submitted for one or both lots, but a complete tender must cover all equipment included in each selected lot; a tenderer may tender for up to two lots. The tenderer must have relevant business activity and registration, sufficient relevant turnover and creditworthiness, trained personnel for user training, experience in related supplies, and ISO 9001:2015 or an equivalent quality certificate. The award decision will assess compliance with and possible over-performance of the technical specifications with a 70% weighting, the equipment warranty period with a 15% weighting, and after-sales service, technical support and spare-parts availability with a 15% weighting.
