Supply of equipment for the police service uniform

Summary

This tender concerns the supply of police service uniform equipment items in two lots: LOT 1 jacket; LOT 2 shirt/blouse. A 24-month framework agreement is planned; the maximum framework amounts are 3,744,300 RON for LOT 1 and 3,623,513 RON for LOT 2. Quantities range from 25 to 10,698 units for LOT 1 and 25 to 26,449 units for LOT 2. The procedure is open; the bid submission deadline is 2026-11-02 15:00 in SEAP. Price is the sole award criterion (40 points) and quality criteria (Pt1–Pt5) total 60 points. Bids must include the DUAE and electronic invoicing is required. The bid validity is 8 months from the bid submission date. In addition, bidders must demonstrate prior experience with similar supplies and country registration; translations may be required for non-Romanian documents; each lot has its own minimum experience thresholds and the ISO 9001 quality management requirement applies.
