Residential building near the corner – Phase 1

Summary

The tender concerns the construction of a residential building near the corner, carried out under a quantity take-off and fixed unit price system. The project is divided into three phases: Phase 1 – deep foundations; Phase 2 – the first pillar, garages and infrastructure; Phase 3 – the second pillar. In the first phase, deep foundations will be executed. The completion time for all works is 120 calendar days after contract signing. Detailed requirements and documentation are available in the design documentation (PZI) and the cost specification (bill of quantities). The exterior planning documentation includes a sewer plan, but this is not part of the current construction phase and will be implemented in subsequent phases. Rainwater is directed to the Koren brook in an open ditch.
