Framework agreement for furniture for Kristiansand municipality

Summary

Kristiansand municipality intends to enter into new framework agreements for the supply of furniture for various purposes, including offices and social areas, kindergartens, schools and SFO and institutions. The aim of the procurements is to ensure access to functional and fit-for-purpose products that meet the contracting authority's needs in an efficient and flexible manner. Suppliers should be solution-oriented and contribute to good collaboration processes. There is also a clear ambition to support sustainable development and circular economy within the furniture sector. This means the furniture should be of high quality, durable, maintainable, and able to be reused or redesigned for new use. The offered products should be solid and durable, but it should also be possible to choose simpler and cheaper alternatives where appropriate based on needs and context. The procurement is divided into the following subcontracts: Subcontract 1 - Framework agreement for furniture - Office and social areas; Subcontract 2 - Framework agreement for furniture - Institution; Subcontract 3 - Framework agreement for furniture - SFO and school; Subcontract 4 - Framework agreement for furniture - Kindergarten. It is possible to submit a bid for each subcontract. However, it is not possible to submit a single bid for all subcontracts. Each subcontract is evaluated separately. All competition documents are linked to the main tender. All subcontracts apply to Kristiansand municipality. For subcontract 1 there are, however, several framework agreement parties.
