Furniture framework agreement for Kristiansand municipality – Main Tender

Summary

Kristiansand Municipality is launching a framework agreement for the supply of furniture for offices and social zones, institutions, before-and-after-school care and nurseries. The framework agreement is divided into four lots; tenders may be submitted for each lot separately and will be evaluated separately. The objective is to provide functional, durable and sustainable furniture to meet the contracting authority's needs and to support circular economy and environmental considerations. Tenderers must demonstrate experience with relevant contracts in the last three years and provide references with contact details; have a functioning quality management system and an environmental management system (eg ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 or Miljøfyrtårnet or equivalent); and be prepared to provide the required evidence. The submission deadline is 30 October 2026 at 11:00 UTC. The competition is open and results for each lot are evaluated separately; up to four lots may be awarded.
