Temporary multi-trade services

Summary

This tender concerns establishing a temporary framework agreement for multi-trade services for Oslo-based Oslobygg KF. The agreement covers service delivery, ongoing maintenance and major maintenance projects requiring coordination across several trades. The framework will initially last 9 months, with an option to extend by 3 months (total up to 12 months). The maximum framework amount is NOK 750,000,000 and the estimated total contract value is NOK 500,000,000. Bidders must meet the following eligibility and qualification requirements: evidence of company registration; financial capacity of at least NOK 50 million average annual turnover over the last three financial years; environmental management system and quality assurance system; and at least three references with a contract value of NOK 25 million or more each, including descriptions and contact persons. The contracting authority will obtain a credit rating based on the latest accounting figures; bidders may provide any additional documentation they deem relevant.
