Modernization works on DJ 595D Moșnița Veche-Giroc road

Summary

The tender concerns modernization works for the DJ 595D Moșnița Veche-Giroc road, approximately 12.09 km long across urban and rural sections, connecting Moșnița Veche with Giroc and linking to the Timisoara By-Pass (Varianta Ocolitoare Timisoara). The contract value is 119,041,724 RON excluding VAT, with a 36-month execution period from contract start. The works include road construction and modernization (upgrading for two-way traffic, construction of 10 roundabouts, bicycle lanes and sidewalks, intersections, accesses, bus stops and parking facilities, drainage and culverts, bridge works and traffic safety elements); modernization of the CF 125 Timisoara-Buziaș crossing; electrical installations; gas transport network replacement/protection; and telecommunications infrastructure installation. The works will be carried out according to the technical design prepared by SC Iriconstruct SRL and Building Permit No. 7 issued 26.05.2026 by the Timis County Council. Clarification requests will be addressed clearly and completely 12 days before the deadline for submitting offers, provided requests are made at least 22 days before the deadline.
