Railway line optimization and electrification

Summary

The tender concerns the reconstruction and electrification of the České Velenice – Veselí nad Lužnicí railway line. The investment aims to fully upgrade and electrify the line to increase speed and safety and reduce operating costs. Works include upgrading track and ballast, culverts and bridges, construction of new platforms (radius approximately 550 mm above the rails), communications and signaling systems, and power supply, along with related infrastructure. The project is divided into three contracts – Infrastructure, Electrical works, and Signaling equipment.
