Revitalization of OPSL clean spaces, Masaryk Hospital in Ústí nad Labem – Design & Build

Summary

The tender concerns the complete renovation of the OPSL clean-space interiors at Masaryk Hospital in Ústí nad Labem using a modular system under a Design & Build approach. Works include replacing the existing interior with new modules, rebuilding walls, doors, penetrations, pharmaceutical glazing, floors, ceilings, lighting, laminar ceiling boxes and final HVAC components, as well as updating electrical installations, building automation (MaR) and low-voltage systems, a new data distribution cabinet and related data and communications infrastructure. It also covers distribution of WFI, chilled water and clean steam, plus installation of interior fittings and other related trades. LOT-0001.
